Earlier this month my best friend had some family visit from Hawaii and to record this visit they hired a wonderful photographer, Jen Best. Since it was such a big group I was asked to come along and also take some snapshots and a few pose shots of some individuals.
I am a strictly an amateur photographer and this blog is basically to show off some of my work. Why take the photographs if you don't share them? Photography is a hobby I truly enjoy and I especially love capturing moments in people's history. I want to thank my friends and family who have been nice enough to let me practice.

Lost and Found
Today I moved something in my den and found the disc full of these shots. This little girl was about two or three weeks old when these photos were taken. I remember how much I enjoyed this afternoon in this loving home.
A Visit With a Friend
These were just some snapshots I took while visiting with a friend and her daughter. These were too cute not to share.
Summer Time Fun
I enjoyed this summer's evening out taking pictures so much. We went to several of my favorite settings and had a wonderful time catching up.

It is a Boy
I just love this little guy! These photos were taken during my first visit with he and his family after his birth. He was just about a week old.
Baby Number Two
This session was with some of my dearest friends and took place just days before their second baby was born.
Holiday Family Beach Photos
This family all came in to town for Thanksgiving and took some time out for this beach photo session. It was such a pleasure to meet them all.
Another One of My Favorite Couples
I love these two and this session was so special to me. I watch these two meet, fall in love and get married. So I felt honored to be able to capture the beginning of this chapter of their lives as well.
